Refund Policy:

If you find that you must cancel your registration for the Fall Edition 2025 Social Work Conference, you may do so in writing until 11:59 p.m. (Central Time) on August 15, 2025. Please send your request by email to info.rps@RiversPsychotherapy.com and include the registrant’s name, confirmation number, and refund payee details. Cancellations received by the deadline will be refunded in full, less a $100 administrative processing fee. Approved refunds are credited back to the original form of payment within fourteen business days of written confirmation.

After August 15, 2025, all registrations become non-refundable and non-transferable. No credit, substitution, or reassignment of tickets will be allowed, and unused registrations will be forfeited.

Should circumstances beyond our control—such as a natural disaster or public-health emergency—require us to postpone the conference or convert it to a virtual format, registrants will have the choice of (a) applying their payment to the rescheduled or virtual event or (b) receiving a refund minus the $100 administrative fee.
